A’PURA SUICIDE ATTACK: 22 dead, over 20 injured

The Media Centre for National Security reports that 22 persons have died in the LTTE suicide attack executed a short while ago in Anuradhapura and that over 20 others suffering injuried have been admitted to the Anuradhapura Hospital.  The victims include Janaka Perera, Leader of the Opposition,North Central Provincial Council, his wife as well as Dr. Johnpulle and his wife.
