The National Lotteries Board donated 4545 ‘Rain Caps’ to the SL Army at an event held in the Ministry of Defence premises on Monday (Dec 1).
2 rain caps were handed over by the Managing Director and the Chairman of the NLB to the Secretary Defence, Mr Gotabaya Rajapaksa in the token event held at around 4.30p.m.
A few other officials of the NLB were also present at the occasion.
