The low pressure cyclone is moving towards the Bay of Mannar though Sri Lanka will continue to experience heavy showers due to easterly winds not directly related to the cyclone. Heavy rain and thunder storms are expected in Ampara, Baddula, Mannar and all Southern areas of Sri Lanka.
