Kalutara gets the second Open University of Sri Lanka

he the president Kalutara gets the second Open University of Sri Lanka The second Open University of Sri Lanka will be opened by President Mahinda Rajapaksa in Kalutara today.

The project cost is Rs. 2.38 million and it is funded by the Asian Development Bank (ADB).

The University includes a library, an auditorium with state-of-the-art audio visual facilities, an information technology unit, computer and internet facilities.
