Murali cricket Muralis World record haul will never be beaten  Government Spokesman Sri Lanka hopes that spin wizard Muttiah Muralitharan’s world record total of 800 Test wickets will never be beaten. Government spokesman Media Minister Kehelliya Rambukwella while revealing the Cabinet decisions at his weekly post cabinet press meeting said that the President has already congratulated him and the entire nation was proud of him and his success. Just minutes before the Minister met the Cabinet the joyful cricket enthusiasts celebrated  Murali taking his 800th test wicket over television.
“He is a true hero of the nation who brought the pride to the country in the international arena through his performance in the spheres of Test Cricket”  said  Mr. Rambukwella.

Muralitharan reached the astonishing haul with his final ball in Test cricket when he dismissed Pragyan Ojha to bring India’s second innings to an end in the first Test at Galle on Thursday. Murali who is 38 years now had announced before the start of the three test series that he would retire from the Test cricket after the first test mach in Galle.
