President orders full probe into MTV/MBC attack

President Mahinda Rajapaksa ordered a full investigation into the attack on the Pannipitiya transmission station and called on the Inspector General of Police to apprehend the culprits and bring them to court. reported the Government news portal.

Meanwhile, Minister of Mass Media and Information, Anura Priyadharshana Yapa, also condemned the attack and called the IGP to initiate a probe into the incident.
