President Mahinda Rajapaksa left for Havana, Cuba on a state visit on Thursday (14). According to Presidential Spokesman Bandula Jayasekera, President will be officially welcomed at the Grand Hall of the Revolution Palace where he would hold bilateral talks with the Cuban Leader.
Thereafter, President Rajapaksa will leave for Brazil to attend the Rio+20, United Nations Conference on Sustainable Development. President will makea statement at the Rio Conference on June 20th. He is also expected to hold several bilateral talks with other leaders on the sidelines of the Rio Conference
