If the late Governor and former Minister Reggie Ranatunga was alive to witness the country being freed from terrorism, he would have been delighted’,observed President Mahinda Rajapaksa in his address to commemorate the services of late Reggie Ranatunga at Temple Trees yesterday (28) .
“We should commit ourselves to rebuild the country to ensure no division for our future generations not to witness terrorism again.”the President stressed.
Chief Minister of Western Province Prasanna Ranatunga presented a memento to the President to mark the date of the passing away of his father,Reggiee Ranatunga. (DK)
